Welcome to the MercatoHub vendor community! Becoming a vendor is simple. Complete the application form, provide required business documentation, and our team will review your application within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you can start listing products immediately.
To maintain quality standards, all product listings must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 3 images per product. Use clear, well-lit photos on a neutral background. Images must be at least 800x800 pixels.
Provide detailed, honest descriptions including dimensions, materials, and care instructions. Avoid exaggerated claims.
List products in the most appropriate category to help buyers find your items easily.
Prices must be competitive and transparent. Include all applicable taxes in your listed price.

Vendors are responsible for shipping orders within the timeframe specified in their store settings. You must:
MercatoHub charges a commission on each sale based on your product category (typically 5-10%). Premium vendor plans offer reduced commission rates and additional features. There are no listing fees on any plan.
To maintain selling privileges, vendors must meet the following standards:
Payouts are processed weekly (every Friday) via bank transfer or PayPal. There's a 7-day holding period after delivery to account for potential returns. The minimum payout threshold is $25.
